Welcome to our website. I am the Director of Manukau One Realty Limited. My name is Daniel Prasad. I have a wealth of experience in Property Investments and Development. I have worked as a Real Estate Salesperson for 16 years mostly selling Investment Properties in the greater South Auckland Area.

 

I have been doing Property Development for the last 5 years building new houses for sale or keeping it as an Investment Property. I also own my personal Investment properties Therefore, Real Estate is my passion and I have lots of pride in helping my clients make the right choice when it comes to Property Investment.
